Sarah's Recipe for Romance

Wit, humor, and a hero determined to risk everything to win the heart of the woman he loves... whether he is a Rakish British peer or a sexy US Army Ranger.

Happy Tuesday!

Hot Pursuit by Suzanne Brockmann! A Duke of Her Own by Eloisa James!

The Perfect Couple by Brenda Novak! Goddess of the Hunt by Tessa Dare!

Today is one of the most exciting Tuesdays of the year! A handful of my favorite authors have new releases hitting shelves today. As soon as the breakfast dishes are cleared, I plan to run to the nearest bookstore and purchase copies of all four new titles. Then, as soon as I finish my first revision of Courting Scandal, the second installment in my Scandalous Ladies series, I plan to read, read, read!!

I am especially excited for Tessa Dare’s debut historical romance, Goddess of the Hunt. While I read GOTH months ago thanks to an advance copy from a former colleague, I am thrilled to purchase my first Tessa Dare novel in stores today. There’s nothing better than supporting a major new talent.  But don’t just take my word for it! Library Journal gave Goddess of the Hunt a starred review and this is only one of many great reviews!

Starred Review, Library Journal

“This is an exceptional debut novel, from the first hilarious “practice” session to the gradual melting of Jem’s outward reserve and Lucy’s maturing realization of whom she really loves. A beautifully crafted tale that captivates with sassy wit, a lush, sweetly intense sensuality, and an abundance of beautifully articulated, appealing characters.”

Sarah, I had the privilege of interviewing Tessa Dare yesterday. Her journey from writing the first word to landing her first sale is amazing. The process took a mere eleven months! She’s giving away a copy of GODDESS OF THE HUNT to one lucky winner who leaves a comment on the post by midnight 7/28.

Sarah (and Keli!), thank you so much for the lovely mention! You’ve been so kind to me, and I appreciate it so very much. Go, Lucy, go!!
